In today's world, we find millions of reasons to be upset but it becomes difficult to find even one reason when it comes to happiness.
Is it so difficult to find happiness in this world...?
According to me, if I tell from my point of view, then it is not so difficult to enjoy happiness.
And I don't think there will be anyone who doesn't want to be happy!
Then why are we not happy?
Let me tell you why people are not happy, why are they so upset?
These days our life is very busy, we don't t have time for any of ourselves, leave the people outside, we even don't have time for our loved ones.
Because we are so busy in our life that we do not get time, and even if we get it, we are living in the modern era.
Whatever time is available, it also goes away with today's modern equipment or gadgets, like smartphones, laptops, iPods, etc.
If we want to be happy, then whatever time we get free, we should spend it with our family.
Two things are very important in life if we want to be happy
What is that now?
It is not necessary to have a reason to be happy.
No matter how big the problem is, we should stay positive.
Because if we remain positive, then the people around us will be good, due to which we will be happy. No matter what kind of person anyone is, we should have a positive attitude towards everyone.
Secondly, We should find something positive in the era of complications or dilemmas.
Because everything has its bad side (negativity) and a good side (positivity). The choice is ours what we have to choose.
A person can be happy anytime, it's up to him how he thinks. The person who has the art of finding happiness in all problems can never remain unhappy.
Now, let's talk about the two types of people:
1. The first person is the one who thinks only two things,
In millions of happiness, how long will this happiness last?
Find something negative in all happiness.
2. But the second person is the one who finds happiness even in a million difficulties.
Somewhere I read that,
Just as no lock in the industry is allocated without a key, God also does not give any problem without a solution.
You should understand that if God has given you any problem, then you must have given some kind of solution along with it.
It is not necessary to have any luxury to be happy, Because we must have seen more and more than those who are poor do not have any luxury but still they remain happy?
That's because he spends time with his family, which makes him happy.
Whereas rich people can be happy anyway because they have luxury, they have everything. But still, they are not joyous, cheerful, and happy.
Being happy doesn't ask for money.
According to me, the people who think that without money we can't stay happy or if we want to smile we should be wealthy, are IMMORAL.
Because real happiness is something that everyone can afford as happiness is what everyone has and everyone can feel it anytime.
But there are very few people who understand that being happy is an art. This is something that everyone should learn.
I ask you to do one thing, Whatever time you get free in today's busy lifestyle, spend it with your family. I am telling the truth, you will get a lot of happiness from it.
Because the time spent with family is the best in life.
I would like to give you my example:
My family is always happy, yes sometimes we get angry too, But then we calm down by remembering that no one gets time for the whole day, if we have got it now, then why are we wasting it.
We should utilize this time, laugh, be happy, and discover something new. So, be happy with your family in every situation.
Because you are not the only one to have problems, everyone is fighting their own battles in this world.
So be happy! Begin to smile and laugh willingly.
Everyone should be happy because it reduces stress.
I want to ask you whether you spend time together with your family or not?
If not then I would suggest that you should spend time with your family.
It helps you capture the most precious moments of life.
Laugh it loud and make others laugh too!
Be happy! Stay positive!
